SMS Based Two Wheeler Locking System

Abstract

Normally, the owner of the vehicle will have the key. The vehicle can be started by anyone who has the key. But sometimes, someone may steel the vehicle’s key and try to start the vehicle. If it is the proper key, the vehicle will be started. This project is developed for the users for vehicle security system using GSM authentication. It consists of Key pad, Microcontroller unit and GSM kit. The user has to enter the security code to start the vehicle. If the security code is correct, immediately, the microcontroller sends a prompting message to the user’s mobile through GSM kit. The message prompts the user to enter key code to start the vehicle. As soon as the user enters the key code, if the code is correct, the vehicle will be started. If the user’s key code is not correct, the vehicle will produce siren. Also if the user finds some one is handling his vehicle without his permission, immediately he can stop the vehicle by sending a SMS.
