    Automation In Milk Dairy Using PLC


    Abstract

    Now a day’s automation in industry increases rapidly. There are main two purposes behind the use of automation in industry first is to reduce the man power and second is for safety purpose. In this project automation in milk dairy is introduced. Level sensor is used to sense the level of liquid inside the milk container. If there is no milk inside the container, then cleaning process can be started. There may be 2 processes in flushing. i) Caustic soda method: ii. Acidic flushing method: The type of flushing should be decided by the PLC. PLC generates the control signal to control the valves. Specific vales should be operated according to the signal given by the PLC.
