    Breath Alcohol Tester Controlling A Car Ignition System


    Abstract

    This project is developed for the users for safety driving. It consists of an alcohol sensor in the Vehicle. The sensor senses the occurrence of alcohol in the vehicle. If the driver of the vehicle uses alcohol, it sends signal to the microcontroller through driver unit. The microcontroller analyses the signal and it controls the motor driver section. Therefore, the vehicle will not be started. Thus it prevents drunk and drive and it helps safety driving. This setup can be used in all the vehicles. The microcontroller program is written in assembly language. The microcontroller used is PIC 16F73.
