    Pick And Place Robot


    Abstract

    Robots have a great potential to assist in these underground operations, searching ahead of rescue teams and reporting conditions that may be hazardous to the teams. When explosive conditions exist or when heavy smoke or unstable ground conditions prevent team members from entering a mine, robots can become an invaluable tool. This project is developed for the users to construct a wireless robot with Bluetooth. It consists of two modules called mobile phone and robotic module. The robot is operated through the mobile phone. In the robotic module, the Bluetooth device is connected with the microcontroller. When the user communicates the robot through the mobile phone, the Bluetooth device in the robotic module receives the signal and accordingly it sends signal to the microcontroller. The microcontroller controls the robotic motors accordingly.
