    PIR Based Bank Security System

    Abstract

This project is developed for the users to detect, count the persons enter into bank after bank hour closed. This project mainly consists of a pair of IR sensors, and PIR sensor, microcontroller unit, Drivers and relays and LCD display, Alarm system. One sensor is connected at incoming door and the other is connected at the outgoing door. When any anyone enters after the bank hour, the sensor senses and sends signal to the microcontroller. The microcontroller sends signal to the alarm section through drivers and relays and also to the counter. The counter calculates the number of intruders enters the bank. Through drivers and relays, the microcontroller switches on the buzzers automatically. The LCD display displays the total number of intruder enters. When anyone comes out, the sensor sends signal to the microcontroller and it counts the intruder coming out. Thus the alarm will be on even if one person inside the room. This project is very useful in complexes, houses, institutions etc. Since microcontroller is used, the operations are very accurate. This project is very cheap and cost effective. The microcontroller program is written in assembly language. The microcontroller used is PIC16F73.
