Design of rf id based petrol Filling system

    Abstract

This project is developed for the users for filling petrol using RF ID card. The main modules in this project are RF ID kit, RF tags, Microcontroller unit and LCD display. This can be implemented in petrol bulks in which only customers having RF ID cards. Initially the user has to recharge their card with some amount. The RF ID sensor is connected with the microcontroller unit. Each customer has unique RF tag. As soon as the customer scratches the card near the sensor, it senses the card and sends signal to the microcontroller. The microcontroller analyses the signal and sends corresponding details to the LCD display. The LCD display displays the customer details with balance amount. The petrol server can set the desired amount of petrol using the key pad. The microcontroller operates the pump motor. After filling, the display displays the usage and balance amount. This details are stored in the microcontroller. The microcontroller program is written in assembly language and the microcontroller used is PIC 16F877.
