    Fault Detection Using Micro-Scanning Device


    Abstract

    The project Application model developed for hardware companies. A micro scanning device is implemented to sort out the hardware problems in fraction of second. In this, the participant are • Hardware companies • Hardware showroom • Customer. A hardware company produce number of products example (tv, ac, refrigerator, washing machine, laptop, camera). Thus there are lots of complaints to be monitored in the old process. This may cause bad name to the company in the market and loss their reputation in market. In the proposed model a micro scanning device is implemented and fixed in every products and send to the showroom. Every products are fixed with the micro scanning device. The products with the chip are send it to the Showroom. The Micro device are activated when the products are connected. If the product are going to get damage a sprint alert message will transfer to the service center. Now the service people or customer care will call or message the customer and instruct about the malfunction. The product is switched to the safe method with the help of micro scanning device.


    Existing System

    In old process the customer will get the hardware by showroom. After getting the product the customer use the product at home. Now the product getting damaged the customer will register a complaint by call or message to the service center. The service people will attend the customer complaint within two days or a week. Due to delay the customers getting disappointed by products and services. After analyzing the complaints the service people tell solution for the complaint. The complaint may be solved by the service people at the customer place or the products are send to the service center to clear the products. In old process there are lots of drawbacks. By this drawbacks the hardware companies are getting bad name in market and loss their reputation in market.


    Proposed System

    In new process while manufacturing the micro scanning device or fixed in every product. The products are send to the showroom. The customer gets the products from showroom after getting the product. The micro device will be activated when the products are connected. Now if the products are going to get damage a sprint alert message will transfer to the service center. Now the service people or customer care will call or message the customer and they instruct the customer to handle the product in safe method. The micro scanning device sends each and every micro complaint to the service center.
