Inventory Manage System

Abstract

This project is intended for Business activities. This finds extensive use in computerizing transactions in any shop. Normally customers have to wait indefinitely during exclusive utilization of purchasing of a single person in a shop. This is avoided while it will be coming into implementation. This project helps to know the items on hand for next purchasing for the shop and quantities on hand. Day to day transactions is made available with immediate effect. Reorder level of items are maintained automatically. Billing is done quickly so that each customer shall leave the shop without any delay. The login module uses the user name and password of the admin login page. Employee module is used to store the details of the employee. Customer module contains the details of the customer like, customer number, phone number, credit, address, gender. Using this search module we can search the details of the medicine, employee and customer. In this medicine return module, we can return medicine after the expiration date for the medicine. The details of the medicine are billed using this cash sale bill module.

Existing System

Before developing any computerized system it is important to examine the problems in the existing system and the additional information that should be fulfilled in the proposed system. It is a time consuming process delay.
