Machine Tracking System using IoT

Abstract

In this project, a machine tracking system using Android mobile phones is proposed. The proposed system consists of two modules. They are mobile module i.e) Android app and hardware module. The hardware module consists of sensors, microcontroller and GSM/GPRS module. In the hardware module, sensors are used to sense the machine ON/OFF condition. The sensor information is sent to the microcontroller through signal conditioner. The microcontroller sent the information to the mobile module through GSM/GPRS. In the mobile module, user can view the machine condition through the android app.
