Wireless Electronic Notice Board using GSM

Abstract

Notice Board is primary thing in any institution / organization or public utility places like bus stations, railway stations and parks. But sticking various notices day-to-day is a difficult process. This project is developed for the users to display the important matters in electronic notice board through mobile phone using GSM technology. It consists of two modules called Cell phone, GSM module with microcontroller unit. The GSM module is connected with the microcontroller unit. The user can send messages to the GSM module. The GSM module receives the message and sends to the microcontroller unit. The microcontroller receives the message and sends corresponding data to the LCD display through LCD driver. The LCD display is used as the electronic display which displays the details. The user can anywhere within the network. This project uses the microcontroller PIC 16F73. The microcontroller program is written in assembly language. This project is very much used in institutions, industries etc. It is very accurate and cost effective.
