This project describes a design for a smartphone accessory that aims to monitor patients who need to monitor their heart rate and temperature. It is an important indicator for prognosis and diagnosis, and also shares it with their physician anytime to seek medical advice when needed. The goal of this paper is to present our design of this compact sized and user friendly smartphone accessory that can be accounted in clinical care and practice. In this project heart beat sensor and temperature sensors are used. Heart beat sensor and temperature sensor signals are given to the signal conditioner. Signal conditioner output is driven to the microcontroller. Microcontroller sends that information to mobile using Bluetooth technology. Bluetooth receiver in the android mobile receives the information from Bluetooth transmitter. This information will be displayed in the mobile display. And the information will also be sent to the authorized person.
