This project is developed for the users to control Bell system in companies or institutions. It mainly consists of a microcontroller, keypad and display. In normal operation, the current time is displayed in the display. The user can set the different timings and intervals using the keypad. The display displays the user settings. The settings are stored in the microcontroller memory. The microcontroller matches the current time with the settings. If it matches, it sends signal to the driver section and operates a relay for the operation of the Gong. The user can set 12 different timings with different intervals. This system is mainly used in Schools, Colleges and other companies where Bell system is implemented. There is no need of a person managing the bell timings. The microcontroller program is written in Assembly language. The microcontroller used is PIC16F73.
