Drop Coin And Get Power

Abstract

This project is developed to control a load through coin box using microcontroller in a prepaid manner. It consists of a Coin box, Microcontroller unit, key pad and a LCD Display. The user can add the validity of their account by inserting coins in the coin box. Their account will be updated according to the number of coins added in the box. The money value will be displayed in a LCD display. The user can use the Electricity upto the certain limit. The user can also watch their usage level in the display. If the validity is over, the electricity will be cut automatically. Again if recharged through coins, he can use the electricity. The Microcontroller programs are written in assembly language. The microcontroller used is PIC 16F73. This will be very useful in industries, houses, institutions etc.
