DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF AUTOMATIC BOARD CLEANER

Abstract

In Schools/Colleges, teachers use black board for writing the notes. After the full page is written, the teacher will erase the letters bit by bit and also it requires water for neat cleaning. Time is a major factor in every activity. Thus to reduce the cleaning time, we propose a new idea for automatic board cleaner. It consists of a cleaning tool, pump motor and electronic circuit. The cleaner is connected with the black board. The wiper is operated by manual rotation when rotating handle. The pump motor is operated by electronic controlling circuit. When the power is switched on, the controlling circuit switches on the pump motor. The pump motor sprays the necessary water on the black board. Simultaneously, the wiper wipes the black board so that the writings on the black board will be disappeared.
