Abstract

Asset management is the direction of a clients cash and securities by a financial services company, usually an investment bank. The institution offers investment services along with a wide range of traditional and alternative product offerings that might not be available to the average investor. Asset management is the set of business practices that join financial, contractual and inventory functions to support life cycle management and strategic decision making for the IT environment. Assets include all elements of hardware that are found in the business environment. Hardware refers to the physical parts or components of a computer. System hardware includes components such as the paint, cement, plumbing items, electronic items, steels, cement, tiles, flooring items, roofing etc. Online asset management system provide the easiest way to buy the hardware components. Admin enter the details about the hardwares available at the online and the amount for the hardware. The permanent customers register their details and sent the request for the hardware and payment process was also performed through the online. If the admin is not available then the request message was provide through the mobile to the admin. When the admin get the request from the users immediately they check the product details and send the products to the user. Then the workers who work under the admin regularly check the products details and the stock of the product and the number of the products are saled and the amount they have in their account. Finally the notification message was sent to the admin by the workers about the product details. The stock of the product details are maintained in the online. It is an efficient way to buy the hardware products in online which helps to saves the time.

Existing System

Hardware refers to the physical parts or components of a computer. In the existing system, the user need to buy the hardware manually. The user need to find the good supplier who sells the good hardware products and then the user need to get the contact details of the supplier. The user contact the supplier then he or she view the hardware models, if the required hardware part is not available then he or she tell the supplier about the hardware parts. Then the supplier order the needed hardware to other suppliers. Then the user wait for some days to get the product and the user pay the amount for the products in manually. The workers work under the suppliers note the product details in the papers and they stored the details as the record book which the very complicated process for the workers. If any fault occurs in the product then the users cant immediately contact the suppliers. It takes some times to contact the suppliers and to recover the faults in the hardware products.

Proposed System

In the proposed system, online asset management system provide the easiest way to buy the hardware components such as cement, paint, steels, electronics items etc. Admin create the website for the maintenance of the hardware then the admin register the details and login into the website and enter the details about the hardwares available at the online and the amount for the hardware. The regular customer register their details into the website then the customers login into the website by using the name and the password and sent the request for the hardware. If the admin is not available then the request message was provide through the mobile to the admin. When the admin get the request from the users immediately they check the product details and send the products to the user.
