Green Identity Card

Abstract

The aim of this project is to provide a Green Identity Card (GIC) which gives the complete solution to process the needs of the farmer through distributed system. GIC helps the farmers to use the benefits of web technology. It has a unique identification number which includes the farmer and his farming details. This system serves as an interconnection between the agricultural authorities and farmers. This project avoids fraudulent from intermediates.

Existing System

In the existing system the farmers will not be aware of the new technology and new products. The income will be too low and some farmers will be affected by the intermediates. They will not be aware of the cost of the product and the fertilizers used. Soil testing technique will not be known to the farmers. New type of crops are reached to the farmer long days after.

Proposed System

In the proposed system, we use and Green Card Identity to provide a complete solution and satisfy the needs of the farmer. Each farmer will have and unique identification number through which they can easily know about their farming details. By using GIC, the farmers can be in touch with the agricultural officers so that they can easily know about the new agricultural techniques and the agricultural products. It also acts as an information provider and sales unit in which the farmers can buy available products.
