Home Security System

Abstract

This project is used to enhance the security of a home. Owners will know what happened to their home although they are not there. In this system the data are already trained for the secure message processing. When the relation or strange person enters the house the “Home Security” will send a message to the owner. If the details are already stored in the database means the owner will get a detailed message of the person. If the strange person who is not registered in the database the owner gets an alert message about the stranger. Thus this project will secure the home in a reliable way. This project is secure so that unauthorized users cannot enter into the house without the owner’s permission.

Existing System

In existing security systems uses human labor instead of hardware systems. As a result, threat detection and evaluation are limited to human’s handling awareness. As a result, employees will be needed and this will increase the work cost, in contrary to the modern era in which the use of technology can reduce the cost when compared to human resources. In existing method there are few disadvantages the security model is less effective. Cost consuming .The database fetching is not available in the existing system. After the third party enters into the home the existing system give evidence for the malicious user who enter the home.

Proposed System

The proposed system the project is developed with aims to improve home security systems. This project claims to produce a prototype database and global system for mobile communication (GSM) interfacing system for home security surveillance. In this system the data are already trained for the secure message processing. When the relation or strange person enters the house the “Home Security” will send a message to the owner. If the details are already stored in the database means the owner will get a detailed message of the person. If the strange person who is not in the registered database here the owner gets an alert message about the stranger. The reference image which is stored in the database and it’s for comparing the image is authorized or unauthorized persons. If same image persist, there no alert is initiated, if the image is not same in reference image detected by the database and its, immediately transmitted SMS alert to the Owner. This reference image is always compared with the next following images for the intruder detection by applying SVM algorithm and sent to the mobile phone by using GSM. Then the sending process will automatically operate.
