Payroll Management System

Abstract

Managing employee’s information of a particular organization or for a small group is a tedious task. It has to store all the necessary records for each and every employee within the organization to assign correct task to correct person and right salary and perks to their eligible employees. Manual record keeping is a time taking process. As it causes delay in making query and generating the final results. Due to complex environment and working procedures, it is not possible to handle all the information with accuracy. This Payroll Management System Project will do all these jobs automatically and more accurately.

Existing System

In existing method payroll management are employee record are maintain in records. It’s a manual process. It is complicated to calculate the employee salary. There may be manual errors occurs. The employee salary details are commonly denoted in the account book. The miscellaneous details are not accurately provided in the account book. Most probably the calculation errors occur while entering the employee salary manually. It is hard to rectify the errors and took much time for computing manually. This will increase the complexity and does not suitable for user-friendly applications. Thus this completely overcomes by the proposed model.

Proposed System

The proposed model is fully an automatic system for the company payroll management. There must be an admin login. After the successful login the admin main page will be displayed. In that main page the employees are requested to enter their attendance on the page. If any new employee appointed to the company means the particular employee is requested for new employee registration. Successful creation the employee can view their detail which is computerized. Secondly for the payroll system the manager wants to login first. Then the home page of manager will be displayed. Manager view the employee detail and create a salary. Thus the next page planning is based on the salary creation and maintenance, finally pay slip details should be provided. Finally employee login page continue with the employee main page. And mail box will be generated.
