Placement Automation System

Abstract

Placement automation system (PAS) is a web based Application program Placement Process Automation system provides a comprehensive management solution for the placement process. It automates the entire placement process right from student management, job-postings, job process, communicating with recruiters, scheduling, reporting and administration .Every student registered in PAS will have an individual profile. The profile must contain student detail, personal information. Each company profiles are stored in the PAS system. After registration process finished student search the company details in the PAS.PAS that contains a lot of digital resources that resources contains company wise exam papers, study material interview question and tutorials .Student details are stored in the PAS system so admin can easily view the student details. Moreover Admin view the student details and send the Placement message to the students. Then student view the mail or message and attended the interview in a particular time. This Placement automation system is a useful web application for all the students.

Existing System

In existing public automation system is a manual process. If any modifications or updates are required in the profile of any student, it has to be done manually. This is tedious and time consuming, lack of security of data, took more man power, consumes large volume of paper and space. This process is so difficult when number of user’s increases. Our proposed system is more efficient compared with the existing system. Student details are stored in a database and maintain in the database.so that process is secure and accurate. Proposed system saves time. Proposed system is cost effective.

In a proposed system placement automation system is a web based automatic process .Every student register in PAS will have an individual profile PAS will provide company profiles of company approaching for placements. Admin sends placement related mail or SMS to the registered student .
