Food order management is a user friendly application. The customer can freely search the best restaurant using this application at any place. This project is implemented with lot of flexible approach for the customer. Customer who likes to travel will suffer from a major problem, (i.e) food. It is difficult for the customer to select the best restaurant which offers best food with best price. While travelling to other places booking the restaurant is also a major problem. In the proposed model application the restaurant details are predefined in the data base. Customer can freely select the area and location to find the best place for the food through this app. The searching become easier by using filtering model. The filter concept is maintained in two criteria. The first criteria selection is based upon the restaurant. The second model is filtered using the food. Here the data are stored based upon food items, the best price and the best taste. After that the rating model is introduced, the restaurants are listed based on the rating i.e., high rated restaurant at the top. The rating of restaurant, favourite food list and the best restaurant list are maintained by the admin. Customer can select any of the criteria. After selecting the restaurant, the customer can reserve the table, the type of food they wish to eat and the time in the selected restaurant. The customer needs to pay some amount in advance while reserving the table. If the customer does not go to the restaurant within the reserved time, then the reservation will be cancelled. The payment can be done in online mode. The admin will store the bill details in the database which can be viewed for future purposes. Thus the proposed model is used for selecting the best restaurant.
Many restaurants have a lot difficult to manage the business such as customer ordering and reservation table. By using manual customer ordering is difficult to waiter keep the correct customer information and maybe loss the customer information. In many popular restaurants, waiters/waitresses tend to miss out on tables or customers calls during busy hours potentially decreasing one clientele. While this is an ongoing issue, there is still no product that drastically improves the communication between the servers and the customers in the current market.
