Abstract

A health system also sometimes referred to as health care system, is the organization of people, institution and resources that provide health care service to meet health needs to target populations. The admin login into the website using their user ID and password. The admin add the system admin user details in the website. Then the admin add the doctor details, new patient details, patient appointment details such as time, fees etc. Then the new medicine details are added in the website. The new patient details, new test details, new patient test details are uploaded in the website. In the report session the system admin details are viewed and the admin can able to edit the details. The normal user details are viewed and edited by the admin. The details such as doctors report, appointment reports, patient report, appointment reports, medicine reports, test report, patient medicine reports and the patient test reports will be updated or deleted by the admin. It is a user-friendly website for the admin to upload and edit the health care details.

Existing System

In the existing system, the information is very difficult to retrieve and to find particular information like- E.g. To find out about the patients history, the user has to go through various registers. This result in inconvenience and wastage of time. The information generated by various transactions takes time and efforts to be stored at right place. Various changes to information like patient Details are difficult to make as paper work is involved. Manual stock taking are error prone and take a lot of time this may result in incorrect information. For example, about the medicine in stock. This becomes a difficult Task as information is difficult to collect from various registers.

Proposed System

In the proposed system, the system enables the registration of the doctors and patient details in the website. The admin has the overall control of the website. The admin add the doctor details, patient details, appointment details, medicine details and the new medical test details in the website. The patient can check the availability of the doctor and fix the appointment with the doctor. The patient can take the medical test and view the result in the website. According to their health issues patient view the medicine details that are uploaded in the website. Finally the report will be generated. The report contains the details such as the doctor details, appointment details, medical test and the medicine details.
