Electronic Health Record Management System is a web application that keeps track of the EHR (Electronic Health Record) of the patient. This application provide a link to the doctors to view the EHR of the particular patient by using the patient unique ID. Admin and Lab technician should have authority permission to login into the system to upload the patient details. The main objective of this project is to compile the details for the documentation of each patient. It provides the record of a patients health details, previous diagnosis details and the medication. It is specially designed to provide a detailed information of the patient to the doctor at the time of emergency situation. It provides the accurate health details of the patient. This application is easily accessible and the patient details can be stored in a secure way.
In the existing system, all the process are done in manual way. In the hospital the admin need to collect all the patient information in paper format. If a patient is admitted in the hospital in emergency situation, in that situation the doctors need to refer the old records of that particular patient which are in paper format.
