Advocate Management System

Abstract

Due to lack of manipulation of documents, this Project introduces a website, to easily understand and handling the nature and the beneficiary of the cases in court activities. The existing system had a systematic process of storing data in documents. One thing the data was stored in order with data not respect to person name, hearing, trail and previous law are not view it is very difficult to access the information. Also the person and the advocate never following the past history of the case records with person name, hearing, trail and previous law. If try to find that they should spend much more time or some days or month to more. That may be lead to fall in unavoidable risk. Lot of confusions may be occurred due to finding name, date, place of court, trail date, hearing date and case number. Because of the above difficulties this project is going to be implemented. Two important phases are adopted here. Those are suit for money and suit for divorce. This project may be accessed by anyone who are concerned with the suit for money and suit for divorce cases. That’s may be a client or the advocate that who may conducted the arguments of the case. Because of their convenience separate logins are created and separated authentication will be provided. In our website an extra page is added to display how many advocates are available or not at present. It also used to consult advocates which contain hearing, trail that people can seen in though this website. Once hearing dates is confirmed the alert message will automatically goes to the client.

Existing System

In the existing system the user cannot able to view the case details on website .If they want to know the details about their case they have to visit the court. They want to go through various website to see the full details. It is very difficult because the user want to spend much more time .

Proposed System

The proposed system will overcome all the difficulties of the existing system. In this the user can view the full details about their case through online. The user can get all the detail about the Hiring, Trial, Degree and the case entry details.
