Food Order Management System

Abstract

The project entitled “Food Order Management System” is implemented to reduce the manual work and enhances the accuracy of work in a hotel. This project is also designed with full consideration to help the users in an easy manner without any unnecessary wastage of time. There are two software called Client and Server. The client software is running in the system in user table. The server software is running in the system in supplier room. The modules used in client software are Menu card, ordering form etc. The main modules in the Server software are messaging system and Billing system. The menu card consists of various food varieties available in the Hotel. Through the ordering form, the customer can simply click and order the food. The messaging system tells the supplier to supply the particular food. The billing system prepares the bill according to the delivered food. This system entirely reduces the unnecessary time waste inside the hotel as well as it reduces unnecessary noise.

Existing System

In existing technology user must visit to hotels and ordered their desired foods for ate. Hence it is a time consuming process. And also if user ordered some specification food it may get collaborate between other customers. And user could not able to ate their desired food at desired hotels. For that we desired a food ordering system ad proposed.

Proposed System

The project entitled “Food Order Management System” creates automated environment for the ordering of food. There are two software called Client and Server. The Client software is running in user table. The modules used in client software are Menu card, Ordering form etc,.. The Server software is running in system in supplier room. The customers of the hotel can order their food using this system. It reduces the work burden of all the customers and the employees of the hotel. The customer can see the menu card and order their food. They can order food for fore noon, after noon an evening.
