Short Message Service-Cell Broad cast

Abstract

This project “Short message service-Cell Broadcast (SMS-CB)” is describing that how admin maintains the bus department in our college. Admin maintains the bus details by computer. That is admin maintain the details in the bus department database. In this project, we are using SMS alert to admin’s mobile for knowing the particular bus’s location of every city. Here each bus is provided with the separate android apps loaded in the mobile. All mobile phones are constantly in touch with the nearest mobile phone towers. The integration of the CBS chips into the tower has made this possible to track a cell phone more accurately. This project maintains the modules are Bus details, Driver details, Bus service details, Amount calculation for fuel and SMS alert. Bus details module contains the details that howmany buses in our college. Every bus has the information are bus registered number, spare parts details, mileage details and etc. Driver’s details module contains the details that howmany drivers working in our college. Bus service detail module contains the servicing details. That is howmany buses, which will goto FC in total number of buses. MAIL alert module is used to inform the admin that when the buses will goto FC. Amount calculation of fuel module maintains the details that howmuch fuel has used to buses per day. SMS Alert module maintains we are using SMS alert to admin’s mobile for knowing the particular bus’s location of every places. FC number also maintained.

Existing System

In the Existing System, admin maintains the whole buses details manually. And there is no facility to SMS alert. And in existing system had many chances to make mistakes that admin could not able to send the bus for FC at correct date. And admin can’t know that where is in our college bus.

Proposed System

This project is created for maintaining bus department in our college by admin. Admin maintains the bus details using by computer. It is very easy to admin. There have no chances to loss any data about our college bus details. We have using SMS alert to admin’s mobile for knowing the particular bus’s location of every city. Here each bus is provided with the separate android apps loaded in the mobile. All mobile phones are constantly in touch with the nearest mobile phone towers. The integration of the CBS chips into the tower has made this possible to track a cell phone more accurately. By using this SMS alert, admin can know the full details about the bus. It is very helpful to admin.
