Automation of lap equipment and leave application

Abstract

The main objective of the project entitled “Automation of Lap Equipment and Leave Application” is to automate the processing of leave application of the staff and the student as well as to purchase the lap equipment for the department. LEAVE APPLICATION MODULE for a college implements the process of submitting the leave forms directly through online. So that, during the ISO auditing process one can easily refer the system for leave history instead of going through the files manually. The leave details of all the student and staff will be maintained in this system. LAB EQUIPMENT PURCHASE MODULE for a college implements the process of purchasing the lab equipments through online and maintaining those purchase details for ISO auditing purpose. The equipments for department lap will be purchased by the HOD through online. The company person can view the tender and submit quotation through this system. The billing will also be done using this. Here also the details are viewed directly through online, instead of maintaining the files manually.
