Apartment Management Systems

Abstract

The project entitled “Apartment Management System” is used for allotting apartment for the employees of different category. The allotment is done in accordance with grades, designation and request priority. The rooms have different categories such as A.C., non A.C., dormitory etc. So the charges and records will be maintained accordingly. It includes Master, Allotment and Report Modules. Master module includes employee details, grades, designation, quarters, blocks etc. Allotment module includes request priority, allotment and waiting list details. Report module consists of employee reports, blocks reports, allotment reports and waiting list reports. This project uses VB.NET as a front end tool and MS Access as a Backend tool.

Existing System

In existing system difficult task to maintain the apartment for house rent and maintainace work. In existing method the tenant needs to visit the location of the apartment and pay the amount for book the apartment. Everything plays in manual process. The tedious job to manage the record details of the apartment details and the persons everything done in manual work. In existing method it will take a lot of time but it increases the chances of the errors. Sometimes even after cross checks errors are found which leads to wrong calculation of account and balance sheet. Here tenant needs to go particular office to pay the current bill and the water bill. Difficult to generate reports.

Proposed System

In proposed system perform effective mechanism here the apartment management system provides user friendly application. The tenant no needs to waste their time for book the apartment every work done in single click. In proposed system the apartment owner updates all the information about the apartment and room facilities details updated in the application. The main advantage of the proposed system is the can book their apartment in advance, here online payment applicable. And the payment bill was generated quickly without an error all thing is performs as the computerized. In proposed system tenant no not to wait in queue to pay the water and EB bill. In this project the tenant can pay the water and EB bill through online. The proposed system here no difficult task to maintains the record and generate the reports. The proposed system is simple and effective mechanism.
