This project “Vehicle Maintenance System†is intended for Business activities in Vehicle production. This finds extensive use in computerizing transactions in any vehicle companies. All mobile phones are constantly in touch with the nearest mobile phone towers and boosters to maintain a good reception of the signals. The integration of the CBS chips into the cell phones has made this possible to track a cell phone more accurately. Mobile phone tracking tracks the current tower location of a mobile phone, even when it is moving. To locate the phone, it must emit at least the roaming signal to contact the next nearby antenna tower, but the process does not require an active call. This project helps to know the vehicles on hand for next production for the company and quantities on hand. Normally customers need not to wait indefinitely during the procurement of a vehicle. This is avoided while it will be coming into implementation. The customer can also register their details for booking. According to the requirement of the customer, the production Quality and Quantity can also be improved. In customer module, the customer registration details are maintained. In the Transaction module, the money transaction is maintained properly. In the Report module, Customer details, Vehicle details, Transaction details are maintained. Day to day transactions is made available with immediate effect. Reorder level for the vehicles are maintained automatically. Billing is done quickly so that each customer shall leave the company without any delay.
Before developing any computerized system it is important to examine the problems in the existing system and the additional information that should be fulfilled in the proposed system. In the existing system all the transaction will takes place manually. People have to wait in the company for a long time. The details of the customers neither were nor maintained in the database. It is a time consuming process.
The proposed system would eliminate all the drawbacks of the existing system and should have the facilities as per the requirements of the user. This system is designed in such a way to meet the requirements with the maximum flexibility. It overcomes the difficulties faced in the existing system and to make the system user friendly, we move towards the automated system to develop our system. In this system all the transactions will takes place in the system. It will save the time of the people.
