Send SMS To Cell Phone Through SMTP Mail

Abstract

This project name SMS TO MOBILE THROUGH SMTP MAIL software development that is based on short messaging service (SMS) and E-Mail system for delivering messages through SMTP mail to Mobile or mail id. Main goal of proposed system is to provide multilevel local authentication to the SMS & Email service. This service can be implemented in any multi departmental organization where SMS & E-Mail service is used for notification system and marketing purpose. each admin has an own login id. Using this id they can enter the website. Through our system application user can send bulk SMS/E-Mail through SMTP mail.

Existing System

In existing if the organization such as college want to share any news to the student about the sudden leave they need notice board is used to deliver the news to the particular student. Thus the existing method the student wants to visit the notice board and see the details of the administration. It consumes necessary wastage of time. Here the sudden leave is not directly provided to the student thus the student suffer a lot of problem in existing method. The main disadvantage is organization waste much time for unique information.

Proposed System

The proposed work is implemented in the college administration to transmit the message to the students. In the proposed model SMS and E-Mail system for delivering messages through SMTP to Mobile or mail id are implemented .This service can be implemented in any multi departmental organization where SMS & E-Mail service is used for notification system. In this project proposed system has web interface and the encryption method for providing service. Here the proposed method each admin has their own login id using this id administrator can enter the website. The admin can only rights to upload or delete the information like students phone no and email id from the database. After collecting details to the database, the admin send the common SMS and E-Mail to that mobile number or mail. The main advantage is to avoid single message/mail forwarding mechanism through the proposed system design an organization can send bulk SMS and E-Mail to the respected students. Thus the mechanism helps the student to know the college status in an easy way. This project is also helping the users in an easy manner without any unnecessary wastage of time. The project is also designed with full consideration to help the users accomplish their task more efficiently, accurately and interactively.
