Interactive Banking System With Mobile

Abstract

This Project “Interactive Banking System With Mobile” is used for managing the communications between the administrator and clients. This project is very useful in concerns like banks etc where immediate communications are required. This project is fully automated for the particular bank. The user has to register their mobile number in the concern. In the bank, after finishing a particular task say money deposit, money withdrawal etc, immediately the software sends a message to the particular mobile about the transaction. Thus the user can immediately know their transaction even in their absence. In the time of cheque transaction, the user can know the exact time of the payment. If anyone misuse the account immediately the user may alert with his message.

Existing System

Before developing any computerized system it is important to examine the problems in the existing system and the additional information that should be fulfilled in the proposed system. In the existing system the users have to unnecessarily lose their valuable time and efforts. The existing system is manual and the system analyst should study this time first. Several routines are repetitive and the people of different levels do all in the system. They work together for the smooth working of the existing system. In the existing system all transactions are done manually which takes a lot of time. Existing system in “Banking Process” is a manual system. Day-to day activities are managed manually in ledgers. If only the job order and the services are limited in the manual system, though it is a slow process it would have been enough. If we want to retrieve any data from the ledgers it is time consuming process, when the volume of data is large. As the volume of data increases, the manual system performance degrades. When an organization expands in size and function, it cannot proceed further with manual operations.

Proposed System

In this “Interactive Banking System With Mobile” Project,the CellPhone is Attached to a Banking Process.And it is a Online Project,Banking Process is not handled Manually. There are times when the bank customers want to know their bank balance or make an urgent payment and visit to a branch is not convenient; Automatic Cellphone Message can solve these problems. One of the main drawbacks in manual system existing now is the users have to unnecessarily lose their valuable time and effort. The reports generated by this software are very flexible. This software maintains the database and required reports are generated without loss of time and one can run this software on any machine because it requires less memory space. With this Software end user can work easily.
