Nowadays electronic payment (E-Payment) is the vital technique used by the people all over the world. The payment is transferred by the particular user from their bank account. Here the project is focused on people to follow the traffic rules. By denoting the traffic rules and fine details in separate page the user can easily understand the fine that he/she want to pay. The advantage of this idea is to know the correct payment of the particular mistakes done by the user. Because in the E-government database the violation law’s such as if the person entering in the no entry road he/she need to pay Rs:300/- this details is not aware between common people so the details are displayed in the E-government database. The fine is taken from the particular user account and the amount is credited to the government database.
In existing method fine payment is paid on the spot. So the traffic police or the users misuse the government by not paying the accurate fine. Here the traffic police reduce the original fine payment and ask the user to pay half of the amount so the user pay half of the amount and escape from the fine. That fine is taken by police for their personal use it is not transferred to the government. To overcome this drawback we are proposing an E- Payment concept to pay the fine directly to the government.
In this paper, we proposed a new idea on security fine transmission to E-government for the traffic violation caused by the user. Here when the user violate the rules (i.e., renewal of license or RC book. Travel in No entry, etc.,) the amount for this violation is paid directly by the user to government through police. For security purpose we are implementing aadhar card unique ID. The user and vehicle details are already saved in the e-government database. If the user violates the traffic rules or they didn’t bring their license the payment is paid directly to the government. By entering the particular user login it displays the detail of the user and the vehicle.
