Speed Control of DC Motor Using DAC

    Abstract

This project is developed for the users to monitor and control the operation of a DC motor through wireless communication. There are two units. One in the office and the other in the user area. In the Office, a microcontroller kit is connected with a driver. In the user area, a microcontroller kit is connected with a driver and LCD display. The microcontroller kit in the Office operates the controller according to the speed of the DC motor. In the other side, RF receiver receives the signal through wireless. the signal is converted to digital signal and given to the microcontroller. According to the signal, the microcontroller sends signal to the driver. Also the administrator can control the speed through RF transmitter. Thus the speed is sensed and are currently monitored and controlled. It uses PIC16F73 (28 pin Micro controller). The micro controller program is written in assembly language.
