    Distance Measurement Using Ultrasonic Sensor

    Abstract

This project is developed for the users to find out the distance between two places by using radar technique. An ultrasonic sound is produced by using the electronic circuit. The ultrasonic sound produced is transmitted along a particular direction. The sound travels and falls on the destination and reflected back. In the electronic circuit, there is an ultrasonic receiver. The reflected ultrasonic sound can be received through the receiver. The microcontroller counts the time taken between the transmission and the reception and thus calculates the distance. That is Distance=Velocity X Time taken. The distance is displaced using a display. This can be implemented very easily to find the distance between two places.
