    Existing System

In the existing system the users have to unnecessarily lose their valuable time and efforts. The existing system is manual and the system analyst should study this time first. Several routines are repetitive and the people of different levels do all in the system. They work together for the smooth working of the existing system. In the existing system all transactions are done manually which takes a lot of time. Existing system in “Hospital Management” is a manual system. Day-to-day activities are managed manually. If the patients details and the services are limited in the manual system, through it is a slow process it would have been enough.

    Proposed System

The proposed system should eliminate all the drawbacks of the existing system and should have the facilities as per the requirements of the users. The proposed system designed so that the system to meet the requirements with the maximum flexibility. Proposed system will have the capacity to handle the projected increase in volume of information over time. Documentation and report generation will be simplified, leading to considerable savings in time and effort. Data redundancy can be prevented.
